Changed your mind — 14 days
If you are a consumer you have 14 days from the day you receive the boots to withdraw from your purchase, without giving any reason.
How: email longstone@longstone.it before the 14 days are up, quoting your order number. A clear statement is enough.
Then: send the boots back within 14 days of telling us, to Saci International Longstone Group S.r.l. — C.da Pietralunga s.n.c., 94014 Nicosia (EN), Italy. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Your refund: the full amount you paid, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of us being informed, back to the payment method you used. We may wait until the boots reach us, or until you show proof of posting.
Condition: try the boots on as you would in a shop — indoors, on a clean floor. Boots worn outdoors, with marked soles, may have their refund reduced in proportion to the loss of value.
Discounted items are not excluded: the right of withdrawal applies to them exactly as it does to full-price ones.
Wrong size? Use the 14-day withdrawal above and place a new order. Exchanges follow the same route: you send the boots back at your own cost and order the size you need.
Faulty or not as described — 24 months
Separately from the 14 days above, every pair is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for 24 months from delivery. If the boots are defective or not as described, you are entitled to repair or replacement free of charge and, where that is not possible, to a price reduction or a refund.
Write to longstone@longstone.it with your order number, a description of the problem and, if possible, photographs. This right cannot be excluded or limited.
If the parcel arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, tell us within a reasonable time with photographs of the parcel and the boots: we arrange collection and replacement at our expense.
