Where we ship
We ship to all 27 member states of the European Union. We do not currently ship outside the EU — including the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway. If your country is not offered at checkout, that is why.
Shipping cost
Free, to every EU country, with no minimum order value. The price on the product page is the price you pay: it includes Italian VAT at 22% and delivery.
Made to order — and what that means for delivery
Your boots are made when you order them. Production starts once your order is confirmed. That is why delivery takes longer than a warehouse shop — and why every size is always available.
Italy: 7-10 days. Rest of the EU: 10-14 days. Production and delivery included. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
Tracking
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves the factory in Nicosia, Sicily.
Paying by bank transfer
If you choose bank transfer, your order is prepared once the funds are credited to our account. Please quote your order number as the payment reference.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please check your address before confirming. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody could take delivery, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment.
If something goes wrong
Write to longstone@longstone.it with your order number. If the goods arrive damaged or are not as described, see the legal guarantee of conformity in our Terms of Sale — 24 months from delivery.
