1. Who you are buying from

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made on longstone.it, operated by:

“Longstone” and “Longstone Footwear” are trade names of the company above.

2. Who can buy

We sell to consumers and businesses established in the 27 member states of the European Union. We do not ship outside the EU. Rights granted here to consumers only — in particular the right of withdrawal in section 6 — do not apply to purchases made in the course of a business activity.

3. Products, prices and orders

Our boots are manufactured in Italy. Each product page states materials, membrane, outsole and available sizes (EU 38-48). Photographs are representative; minor variations in colour and finish are inherent to leather.

All prices are in euro and include Italian VAT at 22%. Shipping is free to all 27 EU countries, with no minimum order. Your order is a proposal to purchase: the contract is concluded when we send you an order confirmation by email. If a product cannot be supplied we will tell you and refund any amount already paid.

4. Made to order

Your boots are made when you order them. Production starts once your order is confirmed. Delivery therefore takes 7-10 days in Italy and 10-14 days in the rest of the EU, production and delivery included. This does not affect your right of withdrawal: choosing a size from our standard range is not a personalised product.

5. Payment

We accept PayPal and bank transfer. For bank transfer, your order is prepared once the funds are credited; please quote your order number as the payment reference.

6. Right of withdrawal — 14 days

If you are a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the day you, or a third party indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods. No reason is required.

Tell us before the 14 days expire, by email to longstone@longstone.it or by post to the address in section 1. A clear statement is enough; you may also use the model withdrawal form annexed to Directive 2011/83/EU.

Return the goods within 14 days of telling us, to: Saci International Longstone Group S.r.l. — C.da Pietralunga s.n.c., 94014 Nicosia (EN), Italy.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Refund: we refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal, using the same means of payment you used, at no charge to you. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back, or until you provide evidence of having sent them, whichever is earlier.

You are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning — the same handling you would be allowed in a shop. Trying boots on indoors does not reduce your refund; wearing them outdoors does.

7. Legal guarantee of conformity — 24 months

All goods sold are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for 24 months from delivery, under Directive (EU) 2019/771 and the Italian Consumer Code. If the goods are not as described, not fit for their purpose, or defective, you are entitled to repair or replacement free of charge and, where that is not possible or proportionate, to a price reduction or to terminate the contract.

This guarantee is in addition to and does not affect any commercial warranty. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes it. To make a claim, write to longstone@longstone.it describing the defect, with your order number.

8. Complaints and online dispute resolution

Write to longstone@longstone.it. If we cannot resolve the matter, as a consumer resident in the EU you may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

9. Personal data and applicable law

We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy. These Terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection granted by the mandatory rules of the country in which you are habitually resident.
